Show social proof
Numbers and voices of other customers — 'Join 4,000 teams' beats any slogan.
What it means
Social proof is evidence that other people chose you: customer counts, reviews, case studies, user-generated content, or a live 'recently purchased' stream.
Why it matters
People copy people. Showing that others already took the leap reduces the perceived risk of being the first, and it's the cheapest credibility you can add to a page.
How to fix it
- Lead with a number if you have one: 'Trusted by 4,000+ shops' under the hero headline.
- Embed 3 of your best reviews (with real names/faces) near the CTA.
- Link one short case study with a concrete result.
- Refresh it — a 'as featured in' strip from 2017 reads as neglect.
