Add trust signals
Reviews, guarantees, and credentials that make strangers comfortable buying.
What it means
Trust signals are visible proof that real people and institutions vouch for you: testimonials, review scores, client logos, certifications, secure-payment badges, and guarantees.
Why it matters
Visitors arriving from search don't know you. Without visible proof others survived the experience, most will not hand over money or contact details — no matter how good the offer looks.
How to fix it
- Add 2–3 real customer testimonials near your CTA — with names, photos, and specifics ('doubled our leads in 2 months').
- Show aggregate review scores with the source (Google, Trustpilot, Capterra) rather than anonymous stars.
- Display the logos of known clients or certifications you hold.
- Add a guarantee or refund policy near the buy button — it removes the perceived risk of acting.

- Add the viewport meta tag: One line of HTML that makes your site render at mobile width instead of zoomed-out desktop.
- Add a clear call-to-action: One obvious button that tells visitors exactly what to do next.
- Show social proof: Numbers and voices of other customers — 'Join 4,000 teams' beats any slogan.
- Make the site work on mobile: Readable text, tap-sized buttons, and no horizontal scrolling on phones.
